Artificial Sun

shot this image at work normally looking up at 40 some feet high,but for this one i was sitting up in the crane seat getting a birds eye view of these powerful lights,from ground you can not look directly into them. question here is that could this image been taken better and how,? nikon d50 at f5.6 , 1/4 sec exposure, 98mm focal length, aperature prioty, and the white balance was on auto.
