This would be a fantastic photo if it weren't so underexposed. The texture of the water dripping off the rock really makes me want to jump into a stream full of trickling, crisp water.

There we go. The flow of the stream is really nicely demonstrated by the shutter speed and depth of field you chose. The brighter version is definitely a keeper. For future shots like this one, shoot a little bit slower shutter speed and close the lens a bit so you can get a tiny bit more depth. Also, I'd increase the saturation slightly to get the image not to look too pale.
