Definitely has the feel of one of his shots. Love the composition and the tonal range looks very good. Did you shoot it black and white?

Nice variations of sky, clouds and mtns. It could use something to grab ahold of in the foreground though.

Compostionally, I'd say you are really close.
Tecnically, I think you are off a bit.
The whole photograph, to me anyway, seems to be quite flat.

The thing about Ansel Adams photographs was that in addition to the great skies and tonal ranges he had great depth of field and a focus somewhere in all of his images.
The problem with this image (other than being limited in size by the medium) is that we cannot see if it has the depth of field and tonal range and it doesn't really have any spot to draw the viewer into the image.
Now it might look better as a print and that town on the lower right may be the spot to draw the viewer into the image but on a monitor this small image doesn't work.
