    American Pickers - Bike Shop

I was in Le Claire - Iowa yesterday visiting American Pickers store. Took a few snapshots, and I liked this one a little bit. I wish the engine was farther from the wall so that it does not blend in as much as does, but I was not in the situation to "set up" the shot. Any thoughts?

I like this one. The image is soft which works very well for the typically hard edged tools and parts. The parts add intrigue to the image. Best of all, in the mirrors, where you’d expect to see a portrait of the artist, instead there is other interesting stuff not otherwise seen.

This is a classic kind of capture for a calendar or the shop.

    Nicely done!

I am not into "deep" editing, but the softness works well here, gives it a "dreamy" vibe. Did you showed them(the owners) the photograph? If you did not, you should, and try to sell the photo.

I wish I could take credit for softness, but this due to a higher .jpg compression and 100dpi on the photo. However, this is not to say that it could not be done :-)
