The first one is effective and sad..been there, seen that.
The blown out parts of the arm and back are somewhat distracting. I'm not good enough to know what can be done about them in post editing.
I'm not liking the noise/grain ones but the technique could work on similar photos.

Haunting.....sad, right on target for me for many reasons (I'm glad it was just a pose ) I do like the second one however, third one is hard to make out.
