Interesting photo, and I like the statue of the alien who's complaining about the earth being closed for business? or is he preaching a new alien religion?
However the photo needs a little cropping on the left as the bowl for the tree and the cars are irrelevant to the photo. You could also crop a little off the top and a large amount on the right to almost his finger tips to get rid of the people on the path. Making it more of a portrait which will make the alien really stand out, and reduce the brightness from the street.
