    Xport, the bottom one is nice because to me it gives a feeling of mystery...where are the steps leading? The middle shot, I can't make up my mind about, but the top shot is by far the best of the three. Great DOF, and the contrast is about as good as you can get. Bravo!

    I like the first and 3rd shots. At first I though you merged two photos to make the first shot till I looked at it closely. Personally I would of done a macro shot of just the tree rings to make the image less distracting.

    The staircase works particularly well. It may be me but I'm missing something regarding the title. I suppose with the tree rings 'age' works but I suppose it made me expect something else.

    The tree rings alone as bimmer junky suggests make a subject.

    Good contrast and focus on all three. Did you shoot in b/w or convert?
