Ryan - It's clear and vibrant. The subject is worthy here, but I think you have a strange composition with that foreground fence and stone thing sitting almost in the way. It's not a deal breaker but I just think there had to be better angles you could have shot this at. I'm sure you can find them if you look. Anyway, welcome to the PR forums.

Not bad for the time of day, the color looks a little yellow to me but not a problem.
To me the composition is off because there is some dead space to the left of the fence line and the Arc isn't vertical. Do a little cropping and straightening and you have a good one here.
