    Hey XP,

I did see these earlier and wanted to comment...

You have a lot of nice images here that tell us what a nice scene you were looking out. Of the group, I think the first is the strongest.

The composition is simple enough to enjoy on it's own. I also like the your use of colors. The vibrant green and red mud show well together. The water drops are refreshing. There is much to stare at here. The focus, DOF, and exposure all look just right to me.

    Good work,
    Tim

Hi, Xsport. You're getting great detail and sharpness out of your gear. I can see why you were excited. But you need to get closer as your shots are too wide and it may be difficult for the viewer to see what it is that you want to show us.

The last one is close. Now imagine having that one "something" to offset this scene to finish it. It could be almost anything - a bug, a different colored leaf, even bird poop ;) You painted a good scene, now put a bright "look here" subject.

Good job in experimenting and looking for other angles!

I agree with Loupey, seems like they're a little too wide and are taking in a little too much, leaving me with questions as to what the thing is that I'm supposed to look at (???). However, I also enjoy the shots just for their nice green color and pretty geometric shapes.

I also think that you might want to watch what's going on behind the leaves. The colors and objects behind them, even if blurred, seem to distract here (IMO)... Try other angles! But this wiill probably mean lying on the ground and aiming up -- if it just rained or is raining, the ground will be pretty wet. What photographers have to do to get the shots, I suppose
