    Acceleration and Cruising.

In car setup...involving digital camera on tripod with seats in back of stationwagon folded down and custom timer.

    #1 "Accelleration"
Orton Effect applied on windshield, and a 16:10 crop to fit a widescreen monitor.

    #2 "Cruising"
    Straight from Camera.

The red light below the stereo is the foglight switch, I turn it on so I can hang LED flashlights from it... (I dont have foglights) Should I leave it on or off for these?

Also, FOV, I'm going to try this with a wide angle lens

Wavy light streaks? Yes or no?
--stiff suspension+bad roads, but maybe if I try this on a newer road

I wasnt playing a CD, I was playing music off my thumbdrive, which plugs directly into the stereo.

In #1, Anberlin was playing, in #2, I was playing some Hindi (Indian) music I believe.

Hindi indian music will make the road seem just as you have pictured and make you fall asleep.

I like the tighter crop. But the colors of the second.

    Re: Acceleration and Cruising.

I'm thinking of building a camera mount for my car, maybe something quick release, but for low speed cruising, the tripod works fine....

#2 was with me driving by buildings. I might drive downtown tonight and try this again, it's pretty fun.

    Any suggestions?

    Re: Acceleration and Cruising.

    in a volvo 240?

15 seconds, at smooth shifting...I could get from 0-50mph...I think in 15 seconds I can get it up to 65 or so if I really mosh that pedal....haha..but factor in freeway onramp, and 15 seconds, back to 55 or so again....might be an idea.
