I like your composition. Since the White paint seems dull and gray, I'd recommend a levels adjustment something like this to get the whites whiter and bump up the contrast a bit. Is this a B/W original or converted from digital? If digital, a different conversion method might be suggested.
I also like that you captured detail going into the shadowed interior.

Nice job! I think its a fine image. For a B&W image its a bit grey, but there is nothing in the image to give it the contrasty pop that it would otherwise need. The composition is great! Good job.

it was originally colored. Im not very good at Photoshop yet. That program is quite confusing for the beginner. What method would you suggest for the conversion? I should have just taken it in B&W to begin with, because I knew I wanted the final result to be BW. Thanks for the reviews they are greatly appreciated.

If you post the color version we can have a go at suggesting a conversion. I often like using the channel mixer method (make a channel mixer adjustment layer) where you select the monochrome choice and then vary the percentages of the different colors, keeping the total at around 100%. Searching the site for 'channel mixer' ought to give you some more detailed discussions on the subject.
Another way that is sometimes succesful is to just use one of the color channels as a starting point - remember that you can switch to CYMK mode to see those channels as well.
On this shot I'd like to see how it looks with a darker sky if possible.
In most cases you can get a better result using a conversion than using the cameras grayscale setting.
