Took a short cut down an alley on the way home and took some shots at night. Which is better the cropped or uncropped version? All critiques appreciated.

I like it...nice composition...the sky looks sinister. Seems to be unsaturated a bit and I like it . It adds depth to the abandonment theme.

Needs a wider perspective so lines aren't chopped off.

I prefer the second image although they are both too bright to say "Night" to me.

Thanks for the feedback. I may have lengthened the exposure too much for the night feel.

Ptax - They both have their charms. I prefer the bottom one, it seems tidier (and sharper too). The sky kicks butt. The subject is not especially attractive, but it is different and interesting enough to grab my attention.

There's definitely something about this shot though. The contrast and composition seem to suck me in.
