    64 Catalina-2

That's a little better. Still forgot the shrubs by the right front in this shot but I took them out on the one in my computer

It looks like you did some pp on the front end there, giving it a bit of a 3D, and unnatural look. Also the antenna was left blurry, while other parts of the car are not. If you're going for a selective focus look, I would suggest perhaps adding a radial blur to the whole image, then using a circular gradient to mask out the car. This would give it something of a lensbaby look.

I'm not sure if it's possible in elements. I would think there would be a gradient tool, and while radial blur gives a sense of motion, even the gaussian, or basic blur would work.

    Bob -

Definitely looks processed. That can be OK, but in this situation I think that there is just so much blurry area that it distracts from the viewing experience. I see a few mistakes on the processing ; some areas - like the antenna and the sides of the front fenders - which lie between the sharp front headlights and the sharp rear view mirror are soft. There also isn't much detail on the hood, perhaps making it a poor choice for forcing the viewer's attention (via selective focus). Maybe this one needs different light too? Color would be good if you do a later day shot.

Thanks GB1, this was second day playing with this effect just trying it out, I think I'll stick to the old way I'm not a real big fan of PP anyway. I like to stick to the basics whenever possible
