    2 more "looking up"

2 more shots from my walk looking up, and attempting to be creative with building detail. Are these effective, or just another "snapshot"?

The top one is what I was eluding to in the other building I commented on today, This tells a story.

It shows the Power and strength in the building and is emphasised by the word at the top of the building, I would try and clone out or crop the picture to try and remove the Alarm bell or box or whatever it is to make it better. I would re-take this with a better sky when you get a chance. I love the subtle colours here.

The second is good but the symmetry is broken a little by the pillar on the right not comming into the corner unlike the pillar on the left. Good shot though.

No, I don't think they're another snapshot, You have done a good job at capturing what was there. I prefer the bottom shot. But I also think that they need something else cause there are a bit plain ... What to add? I don't know for sure: if there was a bird on the top of the building, or something in the sky, or (God forbid!) graffeti on a wall...... that might put it over the edge. Great tone and sharpness too btw.
