    I really like macro shots. I can't make my mind up whether the colour adds anything or not, but I like that I can't read what is written. It really brings out the "13".

    I think its a good idea but some things bother me.

    The main focus in the shot appears to be the number 13 on the book. As the forground should all be in focus - i think and black levels and colors could be adjusted.

    I really like the composition and the mood/colours here. The only thing that throws me off a bit is the focus. Other than that it's a nice pic. It has a stock photo sorta feeling also.

    Nice catch, jakob. I like it pretty much as it is. You might do a slight color correction/contrast adjustment to see what it would do, but I like the mood it gives now. The focus is what it should be if the 13 is what you focused on. That's how it works with a macro lens.
