    080

    080

This is a shot I took on a local, popular street here at home. The street is called Grand Ave., and the night shots I got there are amazing. I was so happy when I got this shot--I literally jumped up out of joy, lol.

I'll post more of the night photography at another time. (Or, if you'd like, you can check them all out on my website!)

I'm sad i can't see it... sounds nice. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't see some of the photos posted, and then I found out that for some odd reason, my work blocks the photobucket website.

I'm sorry but the photo doesn't look in focus, was it digital or film?

It's digital, and yeah it does look out of focus. But that's because I was standing on one of the median things where there are trees and the like. So I took the photo and left very quickly--which is why it is out of focus and a little shaky. I also don't have a tripod, so I had to rely on this stone/mural type thing that was on the median.

This is a good start. I would definitely spend the $15 and get at the minimum a pocket tripod. (Best Buy, Radio Shack, etc.) They are excellent for this kind of moment. Most point and shoots should have a screw mount spot on the bottom for one. You will be delighted with the results.

    Welcome to PR!

Hey, you should go to Crusin' Grand on that street. It's an awesome place to get some photos, especially at night too. It might get a little busy and a lot of the car owners don't mind. TRIPODs are vital for night shots and get a remote switch.
    Lightroom is my Darkroom...Hahaa.
