Exchange - Father & Son

I captured this image as the coach (father) went to the mound to replace the pitcher (son) late in the game. I think that the best part of the shot is that they are both holding the ball. Is it possible to lighten the pitchers face in PS? Does it need to be lightened?

i dont personally like the shot but im sure the coach and the son would like it and yes u can lighten the face of the pitcher i will do it for u, but honestly i dont know what this picture shows, i think it just shows a pi$$ed kid being taken off from the mound or a serious kid i dont know
