    new and tring to learn...

hello! i'm new to this site... was looking for some info..
in high school (many, many moons ago!!) i had a photograpgy teacher who took us on class trip to old grave yard, and we took pictures of the head stones. ever since then i've wanted to go around and do more.. i now have the time.. i've taken some ok shots and would like to create a site showing the beauty and great art work that was put into making grave stones.. i was thinking of chargeing a fee for expenses, not copies of prints.. my question is.. can i do this with out offending anyone, (don't intend to disclose location)can i go legeally go into a cemetery and snap pictures, the ones that i have visited had no signs about anything. can i use stones with names? i was going to put a discloser about names irrevelant, location never disclosed, and only taken from artist point of view.... any suggestions? thanks, arrowhead63:thumbsup:

The law on this depends on what country you live in, and what your intended use of the images is.
Once you charge a fee, that might make it commercial use, despite being not for profit.
But you need to talk to a lawyer (and that costs!) to guarantee to stay the right side of the law.
