White Pentax K2000 Opinions?

So what do you guys think of the new white K2000 kit that Pentax just announced? Is it cool or lame or does no one care? I'm curious. I know I wouldn't want to drop it in the snow when I'm doing ski photos in deep powder

I'd say... VERY COOL! :thumbsup:

I actually prefer the white one's looks vs the black one's. Let's wait for the price tag though...

I'm not a Pentax shooter, but I think it looks pretty cool. I remember seeing another white camera a while back. Not sure if it was real, or a mock up, but it was pretty cool looking.

Could have used a white grip panel too, and white switches with black indent marks.
Are they going to sell them though Apple stores ?
Would make a good tie up and Apple users will buy anything smooth, rounded, and white ...

Back in the mid-nineties (I think), Minolta made a white 35mm SLR. I even know someone who has one. It had a sweet power zoom, too :wink5:

The one I'm thinking of was posted on this site in the last year or two. It was a DSLR, and I'm thinking it was a Nikon. Maybe a D2 something or other. It may have been a link from a post here to another site.
