Lens extender Help needed

Question, I have the K10d and a DA 50-200 lens. I like to photograph birds and would like extended range. Is there a special extender for that lens ? Where would be a good place to get one if it exists ? Thanks for any replies.

I'm surprised no one has replied. You can get 1.4x and 2x teleconverters that will extend the range of you lens. They will however reduce the amount of light by 1.4 and 2x also so you will definitely need to use a good sturdy tripod or all of your images will suffer from blur.

B&H has some for Pentax Autofocus.
