    Just for the halibut (purple)

    Just a product shot with the K10D and the A 50/1.4 lens.

    One light, with a snoot. I used paper to curl up and make the opening really small.

    Yeah, I know about fire danger. I kept an eye on it and turned off the modeling light when I'd got everything positioned.
    Amazing what you can do with one light!

    I love intense colors, and shooting glass is always interesting.

    Awesome...I'd really love to see this with an extremely small pinlike beam pointing straight down into the vase...of course, I'm a little wierd...I'll have to try this "piece of paper" snoot...hehe...

    I was also thinking of lighting it by cutting a hole in the paper and putting the head below the table. I'd need a piece of wood I could make a hole in for that to work, but one of these days I'll get around to it!
