$160 or $330

I am trying to decide between a Pentax external flash 360 for $160 or the Pentax external flash 540 for $330. Are the extra features on the 540 worth the extra $170? I have a K10 and do not shoot anything for $$, just a hobbyist.

It's a big difference in money. If you're well off then go for the big one, I say. If you're like most of us however, you really need to ask yourself if you will need the extra power and features. It's not a call any of us can make for you. Also, is there anything else you could use that the extra money could be spent on?

For myself, I get the 200 (the baby among the Pentax lenses) - it does just fine for me. Mind you, I am not interested in wireless flash etc and I also have a Sigma 500 if I did need the extra power.
