XZ-1 Tripod Suggestion?

I'm considering getting a tripod and would like some advice. I'm looking for something light weight, compact, and easy to setup and pack up. Also, it would be nice if it was cheap =)

That's a tough question. You can spend as much or as little as you like on a tripod. As little as your camera is a light weight one would work. I have always used Slik tripods as much as anything ease of use is a big issue. I can set one up quick and thay can stand some abuse.
I would check Adorama first and look at their brand.

I was actually given a SLIK U6600 but its missing the platform mounting plate. I contacted SLIK to see if I could just buy that piece. So we'll see....
