OLYMPUS FE-370 conecting problem

Well when i plugged in my camera It show installing driver or something like that then it said install unsuccessful and I cant access the memory card because the camera wont show up. the first time this happen was on windows vista then on windows 7 can anybody help me?

Did you install Olympus Master2 before trying? You might try that. It is a free download from Olympus if you don't have a copy. Also you can just get a card reader. They are fairly cheap.
