For external wireless flash you'll have to buy an Olympus hot shoe flash. The pop-up flash on your SP-565 can then be used to trigger the hot shoe flash. Check page 80 in your camera manual for more information on how it works

Wireless flash could be triggered by radio or optically. Optical wireless flash simply responds to your camera's built-in flash. When your 565's pop-up flash fires it will trigger the other flash. The Phoenix flash will work like that. However, Phoenix's quality isn't very good and the flash control will be very basic. I believe an Olympus flash will offer some power control from your camera and the build and electronics quality will be very good. The Phoenix flash will probably work ok. But I wouldn't count on it to be as consistent or for it to last as long as something made by Olympus.
