Exposure bracketing e520?

Any way to get my camera to bracket more than 1 stop? I want to take some HDR shots but having to manualy bracket each shot makes it imposssible in many situations.

I just checked my E3 an I don't see how. Do you use a tripod? What few I have done I could always do it fairly quick with the dial.
