E-510 training media?

Well I've done the deed and purchased the Olympus E-510 two lens kit. I am overwhelmed at all the features/ functions this camera has.:eek6: Does anyone know of a good training DVD that would be a good compliment to the owners manual ? I'm hoping there is some sort of guide that will help to increase my knowledge of this camera and its capabilities so that I don't get stuck in the "comfort zone" of using its simplest and basic features. I found these two sites really useful. This guy explains in regular english (not Olympus manual english) what every function of the camera does:

Without these articles I would NEVER have understood what the AEL/AFL button does.
