CHEAP 50mm f/2

My dad bought me a Pentax K1000 at a yard sale for $7.00. It has since died but the lens lives on. I bought a cheap adapter, $19.00 so I could fit the 50mm to my well used and abused E3. I haven't really used it much, I can't seem to stop using my EP-1 long enough. But here are a couple of test shots wide open.
Sorry I am not any better at test shooting. But maybe this will give you an idea of what you can do. The subject of adapters comes up often.

I take it thats a K-mount. I have some M42 mount lenses myself, good fun.

Yes it's a K mount. It should be fun to play with. Maybe I can post some pictures when I get a little more time.

Now that you have the adapter, go scour eBay for some affordable telephotos and maybe even a faster lens. I have a 55mm F1.4 for the M42 mount and its fantastic fun to use.
