Usually, I spend much time searching for the necessary data in my mailbox, especially if I need to find an attachment. Is there a way to do this fast?

I feel you. I receive a ton of emails during the working week, and sometimes it is hard to find the right one. having surfed the Internet, I gave Email Detail Search a try https://emailindetail.com/search-emails. This tool helps to find the email (the option Anywhere will scan all parts of the emails, including attachments) with the keyword or phrase, scan all emails on the computer, filter search by date, sender, and the recipient (PTS, OST, MBOX, EML, MSG, EMLX are supported).
