Sure meditation is a great way to sleep better. Also, try breathing techniques. If you suffer from insomnia, it's better to change some lifestyle habits. Based on my personal experience, CBD oil is the best and most effective way to deal with many health conditions, including insomnia. I recommend Gold Bee products, I find them quality and effective.

I suggest to choose a good solution like meditation, to choose a good mattress and pillow for sleeping. it is really important if you want to achieve a calm and not stressful sleeping. Such a way is just a very decent solution if you want to sleep better and relax.

You need to get a good pillow. In order to sleep calm, it is better to buy a proper sleeping pillow. After a long search of a proper pillow for health, I decided that it is better to check different recommendations and reviews, mostly via https://www.talkaboutsleep.com/best-...mach-sleepers/ which is a quite decent solution if you want to sleep healthy and to find a really good pillow for yourself. I read that it is better to pay attention to the material and the quality of pillow. As for me, it is comfortable to sleep at 100% cotton that is soft, and you can even wash it in wash machine.

I think it depends on the reason for your sleep issues. If you can't sleep well due to stress, then yes, anti-anxiety medications might work. But if your sleep disorder was caused by something else (poor sleep habits, circadian rhythm disorders (such as jet lag), taking certain medications, etc.), you are supposed to look for another way of treatment/other pills. Anyway, it is better not to take any meds without a prescription. You can at least the info about them online, I use the Canada Drugs Online site for this purpose.
