Nope, just Technician, but that gives me the VHF & UHF. I should get my callsign tomorrow, and also my new radio, a Yaseu FT7800R mobile. I'll probably take the General next year. Funny, I didn't even study, I just took a couple online tests, then the actual test at a local dispatch center and got 95%. They tried to get me to do the General too but I wasn't ready for that one, it's a bit tougher. Here you don't need code now, good thing because I have issues with the code and my hearing....too many race cars I guess

JS, you don't want a pool. You woouldn't believe how much needs to be fixed from the demo of the yard. I could have cried when we ripped up our Safeco field grass.

JETA, if you saw my yard you'd tear it up, well, maybe bury it. I need about 200 truckloads of dirt to level it. I just discovered a septic system issue that has to get fixed, and that means digging up a 5'x5' section of the yard, and the front and garage sides of the property are being attacked by moles. The lazy dog won't kill-em.
Anyway a pool would help the situation...and less grass to cut.

Stuffing duffle bags full of my 11.5 year olds stuff for pick up this week. She is off to Camp Laurel South in Maine next week for their second session of 4 weeks. I wish I could go, the place has a lot of cool stuff. Also was playing with the new MacBook Pro and trying to figure it out.
