Hey! I use the universal Atom text editor for software development. It has easy cross-platform editing, has a built-in package manager, and has 4 themes and 8 syntax themes for the UI. I like it because it is very easy to customize and style. There are other software development tools available at http://www.ntaskmanager.com/blog/bes...lopment-tools/ . It all depends on the features you need. Everyone chooses for himself what is relevant to him.
