    All in all, yes. I find that they are the most comfortable when I aim the air vent at full blast at my head so the neck pillow doesn’t heat my neck up. This way, I don’t get a crick in my neck. I also travel with a second neck pillow which I use to sit on so that my tailbone doesn’t go numb from sitting down for a long time. Your mileage may vary.

    Sure, why not? I can not image any flight without it anymore. I like this camping pillow https://rikkitikki.biz/camping-pillow/ for such cases and should say it works pretty well for me. Plus you can always
    fold the pillow into the bag sewn into it, as if it were a pair of socks. The folded hiking pillow looks like a tube the size of Coke can. I simply adore it. Give it a try, good luck
