    Stone Settings

Hi all! I’m picking out a ring, and I’ve noticed how much the setting affects the entire look. Is there a certain type of setting that brings out a stone’s color better?

Absolutely — the setting can totally transform how a stone looks. I learned that while looking through Tsarina Jewels https://tsarinajewels.com/ , where the settings are designed to highlight both color and cut. Their gemstones and high end jewelry often use open prong or halo settings that let more light in and show off the full brilliance and depth of the stone, especially with things like emeralds or demantoids. A great setting isn’t just secure — it enhances the personality of the gem. Choose one that lets the stone breathe.
