Should I Switch to Microsoft Office 365 or Stick with the Standalone Version?

I’ve been using a standalone version of Microsoft Office (Office 2019) for a few years now, but I’m thinking about switching to the Office 365 subscription. For those who’ve made the switch, is it worth it? What are the main advantages, and are there any downsides I should be aware of before committing to a subscription?

I actually prefer the one-time purchase. I bought Office 2019, and it works just fine for my needs. I don't need all the fancy updates or cloud storage. I understand why some people like the subscription, but for me, it's just an extra expense

I've tried both, and I ended up sticking with Microsoft Office subscription. What really sold me was the collaboration tools. Being able to work on documents with others in real-time has been a huge time-saver, especially when working remotely. For teams or people who collaborate a lot, the subscription is definitely worth it

Deciding between Microsoft Office 365 and the standalone version was challenging for me. I appreciate the subscription model buy zebra card printer for its continuous updates and cloud features, which enhance collaboration. However, the standalone version offers stability without ongoing costs. Weighing my specific needs and budget helped me make the right choice for my work.
