Need a good laugh?

A friend sent this to me because I just had a root canal done Thursday. :cryin: It really made me laugh!!!

If you remember Liz, my Bec had a root canal done at the beginning of April while still suffering with an abscess and without an anesthetic! She was incredibly brave. And y'know what? To this day she doesn't think she was very brave!!!

You can tell her from my experience - that she IS brave! I'm surprised the dentist did a route canal before the abscess was healed. I hope she got some antibiotics! Yikes!

That was so dumb, it was hilarious. Wow, that hypo must have had a lot of numbing solution in it.

Yeah she was on double antibiotics. She was in a bad way. The dentist said it was a very serious case so he had to carry it out as an emergency. He had to test the other teeth to see which one's were alive and needed to find the right tooth to perform the treatment on you see.
He was hoping to drain the abscess but couldn't find a head on it. She went back the next week for the dentist to complete the root canal but this time she was allowed anaesthetic and he managed to drain it.
What had caused all of this was a dead nerve. It had been there for so long it had eaten through her jaw bone. She has new bone growth there, thank goodness.
