You wrote so in the subject! I just recently came across an article about jamie oliver knives because I am a fan of this great cook myself. And so I decided to update the knives in the kitchen for the New Year and found such a useful article. See how cool they are, made of hardened steel? I personally think that it is better to spend money once and then cook and hone your skills to glory. I completely agree that a lot depends on the knife in the cooking process.
