I finish paying my balance off On my credit card. Green dot decides to close my card, but my only question is? Where is my $300 that I gave them to get the credit card, that was supposed to be on hold Incase card wasn’t paid off. They have no direct lines to customer service, the whole email thing is horrible. They need not to be a service, if green dot is going to rob people of their money. How this is legal is beyond me.
