    Usually with two hands.

Although if I'm feeling particularly daring, I might go with the one-handed approach.

somewhat weened of late, In the morning it is from my stove top percolator and freshly ground beans with essence of cow. At work we have an espresso machine that grinds the beans and makes an ok coffee on the spot and my USB coffee warmer keeps it hot till I get around to drinking it. If I am out I tend to order a flat white unless I know that the coffee will be good in which case it will be an espresso. My favourite coffee shop is Mars Hill and yes I am on the socrates hall of fame (six shots of espresso in under 600 seconds)

Hall of fame? Here in Miami they just call that the "Coloda Grande" (large espresso) and all six shots come in the same cup. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone around here who couldn't kill one of those in an hour - sometimes two of 'em

So strong brewed, so it just doesn't quite dissolve the spoon.
Then add 1/4 bottle of milk
    And 4 teaspooons sugar ?

    Ah, thanks!

Starbucks doesn't have an English Breakfast at all, do they?

When I'm not drinking coffee, I do earl grey with cream and sugar. Unless I have a cold, then it's earl grey with honey and lemon.

Sadly Starbucks don't do anything as useful as that, hence the need to go to a greasy spoon cafe.

Earl Grey was a Geordie and top bloke, but I don't think too much of his tea. Much prefer English Breakfast or something simple like PG Tips
