How do you deal with decision fatigue when everything feels urgent?

Lately, I’ve been noticing how drained I feel after making even small choices—what to eat, which emails to answer first, when to take breaks. It’s like my brain short-circuits before lunch. I’ve heard that tech tools can help with mental clarity and simplifying daily choices, and someone recommended checking out liven app reviews for something along those lines. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m curious if anyone here has found an app or technique that helps reduce the overwhelm. I don’t want to automate everything in my life, but I do need a better balance before burnout hits.

That sounds super familiar. I hit that wall often, especially working remotely. I’ve actually gone down the rabbit hole reading liven app reviews, and what stood out is how people say it helps build daily awareness—not just about feelings but also about what decisions matter most. It’s not exactly a productivity app, more like a reset button that helps keep you aligned. Might be worth checking out if you want a bit of structure without pressure.
