    Periodically, I have a feeling of anxiety due to depression. I tried to fight this feeling on my own, but I failed.     I also do sports and yoga. I should say, it works well for me. Also, it is important to control nutrition, have proper sleeping habits, and drink more water. I think, it is much better than taking medications that usually have a lot of side effects (according to the Canadian pharmacy site).
