USB directly, your phone will be seen as a USB drive, just copy/paste.
Bluetooth transfer, assuming your PC has bluetooth

You can check out Softros.com file transfer. It is a very handy app that works as a messenger service. Usually I use this app to send some files as attachments to a message to my co-workers wherever they might be. Simply give it a try. Hope it can help
