    How long do you suffer from insomnia? And what options did you try to solve this problem? For me, sport is the best cure. When I work out regularly I sleep perfectly. Also, try to keep a healthy diet and don't eat before bedtime. If nothing helps, buy sleeping pills at Canadian Pharmacy and don't forget to consult a doctor.
