Has anyone navigated HexClad's return policy?

I bought a HexClad pan a few weeks ago and was initially thrilled with it. However, after trying a few different recipes, I found that it just doesn’t suit my cooking style. For instance, I tend to cook at high heat, and I noticed some discoloration and sticking that I wasn’t expecting. Additionally, I’m more comfortable with my old cast iron cookware. I’m within the return window, but my pan has some visible signs of use.

Re: Has anyone navigated HexClad's return policy?

Hello there. Good cooking utensils are a must for quality cooking, and every chef knows this. Recently, HexClad cookware has become very popular, as it allows anyone to easily prepare food. When buying this cookware, the consumer knows that it will be of high quality and nothing will happen to it. But if someone is not satisfied with the product received, then in accordance with the HexClad return policy, they can contact the support service, and they will help return the product.
