    Hi. If your Blackweb Bluetooth speaker is not pairing, there may be a problem with your settings or it may automatically connect to some unknown device. It is best to contact blackweb customer service and reset your Blackweb bluetooth speaker to factory settings. Resetting will delete all previously paired devices. This way, your speaker will be ready to pair with new devices such as smartphone, tablet, computer, laptop or any other Bluetooth device.
