My little film critic of 7 years.....
loves Episodes I, II, III just like we love the old ones. There is something magical about childhood for sure! Even when we play Battlefront on PS2 he chooses the new guys.
We expect movies to be great in a different way now as adults - great acting, cinematography etc, but you know I don't recall my parents really falling in love with the 1st three and I don't recall arguing with friends over the 1st three about the acting, etc.
As kids all we want are cool effects, big explosions, and cool toys that come from the movie. In that way, Lucas is a genious.
