Go ahead, pick on Kansas! This is the same state that redefined science so Intelligent Desigh would be scientific and still has a bill pending that would keep a database of people under 18 who are having sex. As I mentioned in another thread, Kansas is following in the proud and dumb footsteps of 60s and 70s Mississippi.
