Can you pass the test for citizenship(USA)

I did but admit I got a few wrong that were embarrassing to admit.
    Scored 89%

    How will you do?
I think it would be very intersting for those not from the United States to take this test.
I bet many could pass it.

It didn't give me a percentage or a pass mark.

Congratulations Mike, you have been selected for "honorary" citizenship!

That's where you're not really a citizen, but need to start paying taxes anyway..........

I didn't get a score either - do you suppose it's because I took the short version? I only got one answer wrong (longest rivers - shoulda paid attention in geography, I guess).

    But I am still Canadian

To be fair here, I lived in the US from 1962 to 1971 - which included most of my education - so I probably am more familiar with the US system/history than most Brits would be.

Re: Can you pass the test for citizenship(USA)

    I got 83 out of 96.

This is a good test. When I became a citizen in the 80's, the test was a joke. I studied my brains out not knowing what to expect (I was the youngest in my family and the first to become a citizen). But the test was a handful of verbal questions (with no multiple choice) asked by clerk at his desk. He may have even shortened the test when he found out I could speak English fluently.

I outscored my wife a few minutes ago. And she is from these lands

The test hasn't changed much over the years. I took the test three years ago and was only given ten questions.
One question was "Where does the president live?" I got stuck on that one for a second because I was trying to remember the actual address.
Then I remembered that it much simpler than that. The White House.

I want to share with many a company of lawyers and advocates that deals with many things related to emigrants and all the documents that facilitate this. Also, lawyers deal with green cards, citizenship, Asylum, and immigration of minors. So suddenly someone will need it: you can safely contact this company.
