I have bought an AKASO V50 X Action Camera and received a bad looking set of hangers
- a horrible mistake done by Amazon Warehouse. I guess it didn't have the product anymore to sell and sent my this hanger, telling the mistake was done by the seller (which is not true as the product came tag with LPN HE 30658 written under the code bar)
The camera was a Christmas gift to my lovely girlfriend who would use the camera in our ski trip.
It took me 1 hour on the chat to Amazon send me the refund. Amazon wanted me to post pack the product and wait 1 week - in total I would receive the refund in 15+ days.
After speaking to 4 different Amazon customer service, my problem was not solved. AMAZON DID NOT WANT TO SEND ME THE PRODUCT I HAVE BOUGHT....asking me to buy it again from the website, without even refunding me yet
Such a horrible customer service experience...I wasted 2 hours of my time and Amazon did not solve my problem, and now I'm gonna travel without the camera that I bought.
What a horrible experience!!!
