I see everywhere that the d700 is an adv. amateur cam but a lot of people do say it's got nearly all of the features of the d3 and is far higher than a d300. What is it that defines a "pro cam" in the camera previewing world?
Granted anything can be used as a "pro cam" but what is the *definition* of a professional camera just in general? What does a camera have to have available to be named a professional camera?
